A note on Christmas orders, 2024

  • Monday 18 December is the last day I will be receiving Christmas orders for UK delivery. Any orders received after this date will be shipped from Monday 30 December 2024. Please note that I am not responsible Royal Mail delivery times, it is the responsibility of the customer to order items well in time for Christmas and as such, I do not provide refunds for items that do not reach their destinations in time.

  • FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK, these delivery estimates are provided by the carrier, and while I aim for timely shipping, I am not personally responsibility for any unexpected delays.

  • All orders from my shop are sent with a unique tracking code. TRACK YOUR ORDER HERE

  • I emphasise in all shipping correspondence that it is the customer’s responsibility to keep an eye on the progress of prints as they make their way to the shipping destination. If you cannot see your shipping correspondence in your email inbox, please check your junk folder.

  • Refunds are not provided for any prints that are left at depots uncollected or where cards are not left by postal services for redeliveries to be organised.

  • Refunds are also not provided for instances where incorrect shipping addresses are given, it is the customers responsibility to make sure these are correctly given at checkout.

    ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

  • In the extremely rare event where an order arrives damaged, please do contact me directly as soon as possible, with photos of the damaged item(s), and I will work with you to find a solution. My prints are thoughtfully well packaged for delivery and so it is extremely rare that they are damaged in transit, however I accept that with any item being posted, there is a risk that this can happen on very rare occasions.

    Missed a shipping deadline?

  • My E-Giftcards do not require shipping, making them a perfect last-minute gift.
