‘Beluga dreams’ A4 print, limited edition.
Belugas are also known as the white whale or "sea canaries", owing to their distinct communication squeals, squeaks, whistles and clicking. Over 3,000 Belugas migrate to Hudson Bay, Manitoba in the summer to exfoliate their skin at their 'annual bath scrub'. They are curious and playful, residing in the land of the Northern lights and polar Bears.
This handmade, dynamic print is perfect for any whale lover, ocean conservationist, and thalassophile alike. This is a piece that will draw any ocean enthusiast back under the waves, even just for a moment.
This is a limited edition lino print with only 150 prints in the edition. Each one is numbered, titled and signed by the artist.
This A4 print features an original illustration by Rosie Lavis (@thewildprintstudio) which was hand carved onto lino. Each print is hand burnished onto lightweight, high quality Japanese hosho paper, in ‘Phthalo Blue’ oil based ink.
The whole piece is A4 sized (29.7 cmx 21cm) and the image size is approximately 24.7cm x 17cm
The listing is for an unframed lino print and the print will be posted to you double backed with card and safely packaged in a biodegradable cellophane slip, ready to frame or to give as a gift.
